Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One cloth sanitizer bucket (closest to washrooms) was measured at a concentration of 50ppm quat sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled during inspection. Ensure cloth buckets are changed out more frequently, to maintain strength at 200ppm.

*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in last report.
*Two additional soap pump bottles have been placed at front hand sinks. Ensure these are refilled as necessary, or refill original soap dispensers. Liquid soap and paper towels must always be available at hand sinks in the front and rear food preparation areas.
*Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm in other sanitizer buckets at front of store. Ensure these are maintained at this strength - change solution as often as necessary.
