Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noticed a tray of raw chicken drumsticks stored on top of the sealed yogurt containers.
Corrective Action(s): Never store any raw poultry, eggs and meats above or in close proximity to any ready to eat foods or salad greens. Raw chicken drumsticks was moved to the bottom shelf and all yogurt containers were throughly wiped with a sanitizer cloth at the time of inspection.

Observation: Coldstream single door ( Fridge # 2) cooler registered 6-8 degrees C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate all potentially hazardous food items to another cooler. Ensure to monitor this cooler closely by placing a thermometer at the bottom shelf. If unable to maintain 4 C or below consistently, repair or replace this cooler ( immediately). In the interim, you may store produce in this cooler.
