Right-most walk-in cooler unplugged and not in use at the time of inspection. Unit does not store potentially hazardous foods. Operator to inform Environmental Health Officer when unit is serviced or replaced and capable of maintaining ambient air temperature at 4C or below. Daily temperature logs must be in place for cooler and freezer units to ensure food safety. Faucet at 2-compartment sink to be installed and properly secured as per approved plans. No further concerns noted at the time of inspection.
