Overall, premises maintained in a sanitary manner -Handwash station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -All coolers are at or below 4C -Added freezer is at working condition -Dry storage is good -No signs of pest activity -2 compartment sink used, bleach available -Food contact sanitizer spray bottle with bleach solution available and achieves 200ppm -Staff washroom is clean Operator plans to add ice cream service to operations.
