An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine inspection # and dated was conducted.. Area of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance

Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR # have been corrected except for those noted on supplementary pages.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.
Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: Licensing measured the fridge temperature at 8.3 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure the fridge temperature is between 0-4 degrees Celsius for safe food storage.

Comments

Licensing suggests that you purchase a thermometer to measure the temperature of the fridge, so that the fridge temperature can be monitored. If the fridge is not working properly the licensee will need to have the fridge repaired or replaced or use another fridge in the facility.
