Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # KLAI-CCAV9Z of Mar-07-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1. Black buildup noted on the dish sink sprayer nozzle head. 2. White organic buildup noted on the inteior lid of the ice machine. Date to be corrected by: Immediatey Correction: 1. Clean and sanitize the dish sink sprayer nozzle head. 2. Discard the ice. Clean and sanitize the interior lid of the ice machine. At the time of inspection, the basin and ice making part of the ice machine appeared to be in a sanitary condition. When cleaning the ice machine, do not forget to clean the interior lid as well.
