-Updated plans have been submitted -On site visit done with City of Bby Plumbing inspector: R. Tessardo -Unapproved one compartment dish sink has been replaced with 2 compartment sink as per original health approved plans. -Espresso machine indicated on new floor plans not yet installed. Operator to obtain permit for the installation of a double check valve assembly. Send finalized plumbing pass to health department for this installation. -Liquid soap and paper towel available in washrooms @ handsinks. -Operator to obtain a business licence with the city of BBY before operating for business -Health Application form and permit fee cheque submitted @ time of inspection -Provide copy of legal owner documents to complete health application -Kitchen manager has foodsafe training -Premise to operate as per approved plans. All changes including structural or operational changes (ie. menu) will require health approval first.
