Recent FLOOD to back storage room areas. Some products already discarded. Some products awaiting product loss inventory and to be discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all floors of back storage room. Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent
Pull out all items on ALL LOWER SHELVES of ALL AISLES and sanitize shelves with 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent
Organize back storage room. Everything should be up off floor and out from under shelving units. .

- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use

NOTE: FLOOD has occurred on the weekend (Sunday). Facility has had plumbers to repair. Ongoing repair work during inspection occurring. Some contaminated food products already discarded and others awaiting disposal.
FACILITY MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL FLOORS (use 1000ppm Chlorine or equivalent) AND DISCARD REMAINING PRODUCT.
