Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various sauces in squeeze bottles were left out at room temperature in the stove area: tartar sauce, ranch sauce, etc. On the corporate food safety chart, it says that these sauces are to be kept refrigerated once opened.
Corrective Action(s): All sauces left out were discarded. Ensure to keep all sauces at 4 deg C or less at all times.

-Observed proper hygiene/handwashing during inspection
