- The freezer at the end of cook prep line seal is starting to deteriorate

- According to the manager the plumber has ordered a new sink and paper towel disperser is on order.

- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- Cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- 50 ppm Cl available in the glass washer

Kitchen
- Hand washing stations were found to have hot/cold running water and liquid soap except the hand wash station on the ends of cooking and serving line and the bar. All designated hand wash stations must be functional and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
- All coolers ambient air temperature found at 4c or below
- All freezers ambient air temperature found at -18c or below.
- All hot holding units were found at 60 c or higher.
- Dishwasher reached 50 ppm concentration for sanitizer cycle.
- Quat sanitizers were at 200 ppm concentration. Remind staff to change sanitizer regularly as per your sanitation plan.
- Ice dispenser was in sanitary condition.
- All employees observed to have uniforms and hair restraint in place.
