Corrective Action(s): Clean all dropping (use personal protective equipment) and put all dishware in dishwasher or sanitize manually by soaking in bleach solution (100 ppm) for 2 minutes. 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: The back door is left open and screen door is not fully sealed. Corrective Action(s): Keep the back door closed, or repair the screen so there is no gaps. Violation Score:

*Coolers measured 4C or colder with the exception of: * the upright 2 door cooler being between 7-9 oC (being open a lot during lunch rush)-monitor this cooler in 1 hr and if temp is not <4 oC repair. Discard any PHF that stored at temp >4 oC for >2 hrs - Freezers measured -18C or colder - Temperature logs maintained - Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - Sanitizer measured 200ppm bleach - Dishwasher reached 74C at the final rinse cycle * have a copy of the recent pest control company (a recent visit ) on site.
