General sanitation - satisfactory. All coolers (walk in, display) < or = to 4 C. Food is stored safely (covered, off the floor, and organized on storage shelves). Freezer (chest, upright) < or = to -18 C. Fan hood - clean. Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 100 ppm chlorine solution. Dry storage area is satisfactory. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Traps are set and empty. Two staff washrooms - clean; liquid soap and paper towel - available. Kitchen hand sink and two-compartment sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Note: Great improvement.
