Follow up inspection: Second floor patio scheduled for opening this weekend. Station is sanitary and currently being reorganized. Hot and cold water available. Hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels in use. 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer in use. Glass washer at 12.5 to 25 ppm iodine detected at the plate. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. No food or inventory at this time. Note: Ensure bar coolers are at 4C or below before opening for operation. Pending item is the secondary bar sink on 1st floor hot water tab handle requires repair. Ensure to address this infraction in one week.
