Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured > 200 ppm. Temperature checks, hot holding units measured 60 C. Cold holding measured 4 C or colder. Freezer units were at -18 C. Low temp. dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual. Splash guards installed at the hand sinks (servery and cooling areas). Rinse station and dipper well installed. Construction materials meeting health requirements. Pest control monitoring in place. Designated area for staff belongings provided. Shelves provided for dry storage. Ensure there is adequate storage space for what is required in premises. Food safety plan / sanitation plan available onsite. Note: garbage disposed are still in completion at time of visit. Ensure garbage area is set up once operation begins.
