Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew observed on the interior of the ice machine. Operator stated the ice machine was cleaned and sanitized every month.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Remove any visible mildew. Ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized at a more frequently (weekly or biweekly).
