- Upright cooler in the kitchen has been repaired, measured approximately 0C at the time of inspection
- Walk-in cooler in the downstairs storage area to be repaired tonight (26 September 2017); only move the stock back to this cooler after the cooler has reached 4C or colder
- Send photos of the completed repair and the invoice to your area inspector no later than 17:00 on 29 September 2017
- Ensure that temperature logs are maintained for both of these coolers; record the temperatures twice daily

- Invoice from pest control visit on September 26, 2017 available for review; ensure that corrective actions from pest control are followed to prevent pest entry into the premises
- Copies of FOODSAFE certificates still to be sent to the area inspector
