Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bricks of cheese were unwrapped and were placed into the original cardboard box.
2) Raw meat was stored above cheese.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not store unwrapped cheese in the original cardboard box to prevent potential contamination of foods.
2) Do not store raw meats above ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Raw meat was relocated to the bottom shelf at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was opened for air circulation at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Back door must be closed to prevent potential pest infestation. If door is left open for air circulation, a screen door may be installed. Door was closed at the time of inspection.

Observation: Spray bottle of alcohol was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers are labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Containers need to be relabelled as needed.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -20C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Chicken donair cooked to greater than 74C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Surfaces sanitized with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
-Meat slicer was disassembled and was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Equipment was found to be clean and well maintained.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 08, 2025.
