Grass jelly stored in small container in ice bath, 4 C Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner outside ice machine when not in use. Office supplies and batteries removed from food preparation counter. Reviewed dishwashing process for blenders and mixers. New monthly pest control contract in place by Orkin. Required cleaning completed, ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity. Reviewed handwashing procedure.
