Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. - All handwashing stations made easily accessible, supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. - Adequate protection of foods. - No signs of pest activity. Verified with owner pest control inspection conducted on a monthly basis. Keep copies of all pest control inspection reports onsite for review by the health inspector. - General sanitation satisfactory. Areas noted in previous report adequately cleaned. - Chemicals stored in spray bottles properly labeled. - Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
