- Shelving unit needed in kiosk to allow more space on work counters and area by sinks. ** Make sure ice cooler is washed and sanitized daily. Proper ice scoop should be used to feed ice from cooler and scoop should be kept in a clean space outside the cooler. Quats spray bottle is low - refill asap. Solution measured at 200 ppm. Cooling units less than 4 C. Hand wash station properly stocked.
