Corrective Action(s): Once food has been opened, ensure it is palced into a container with a tight fitting lid
Store degreaser away from food products when not in use

Observation: Several food items not properly labelled inside the main walk in cooler. Diced Ham in a container marked "Scones" was discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Review your food safety plan with all kitchen staff to ensure all food products are dated properly and all staff are following the identical dating procedures
Ensure you have proper product rotation in the dry food storage room. Check expiry dates when you receive an order.
