Routine inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
- Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
- Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
- All refrigeration units had accurate thermometers.
- Temperature records were up to date.

Storage:
- Randomly selected food items on the retail floor were within their Best Before Dates.
- Products were in intact packaging.
- Deliveries are tracked and invoices are kept on site.

Pest Control:
- No signs of pest activity were noted. The facility is monitored by a professional pest control company.

Sanitation:
- The hand washing sinks at the back of the store were adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- The dispensers had 200 ppm QUATS.
- Some produce items are cut/peeled and packaged on site. The food contact counters were in good sanitary condition.
- The chopped produce is dated and stored in the display coolers (less than or equal to 4C)

COVID-19 Safety:
- T&T corporate COVID-19 Safety plan is available on site. It has also been circulated via email and messaging services to all staff.
- Temperature checks occur at the store entrance for all staff and customers.
- Double masks are worn by most staff.
- High touch surfaces are disinfected frequently.
- Breaks are staggered.
- Lunch room has dividers.
- Maximum occupancy is posted in common staff areas.
