Code 401 noted on Follow-Up inspection # JFEN-BGQRAN of Oct-07-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Front sink has no soap available in dispenser. Operator stated that soap is on order. Correction: In meantime provide a hand pump of liquid soap at this handsink. To be corrected immediately. Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JFEN-C4UV86 of Jul-12-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishes soaking in sanitizer in third compartment of sink were being sprayed with water from thawing calamari. Correction: Drain sanitizer, rewash equipment and sanitize again. Do not thaw calamari in sink while dishes are being sanitized to prevent contamination of sanitizer water.
