Comments

Follow up to report # MBEK-CY3U57.
No hand washing or glove use concerns observed during inspection.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 to 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the rinse residual at the utensil surface (required: at least 50 ppm chlorine).
Bleach water (chlorine) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles and buckets at 200 ppm chlorine. One bucket exceeded 200 ppm chlorine and sanitizer was re-made at the time of inspection and tested at 200 ppm chlorine (test strips available on site).
Raw and ready-to-eat items properly organized.
Food packaging intact; no signs of pest damage observed.
Improvement in sanitation and organization noted since the previous routine health inspection, however, additional improvement is still needed. Few areas that were missed were cleaned and sanitized during inspection. It was stated that surfaces are cleaned and sanitized daily, in the middle of the day. Surfaces (particularly counters/tables) are to be cleaned and sanitized at the start of the day, prior to starting food preparation.
