Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Domestic cooler was at 4 degrees C.
Freezer component temperature was satisfactory.
Staff informed that two loads are conducted in the residential dishwasher per day.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Chemicals were stored separately from dry food.
Chicken nuggets had been served at the time of inspection. Staff informed they followed the cooking time and temperature instructions on the packaging of the frozen chicken nuggets.
It was reviewed that food, such as chicken nuggets and shell eggs, is required to be cooked to at least 74 degrees C internal temperature for a minimal 15 second hold time.
Probe thermometer was available on-site to monitor the internal temperature of cooked/reheated food.
IR thermometer was also available on-site.
