Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two pizza pops in the sandwich cooler were contaminated by visible mould growth.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Ensure food items are checked regularly, and removed if found to be expired.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches, coffee creamers, cheese/pepperoni packages and brownies stored in the small glass-door countertop sandwich cooler were measured at an internal temperature of 8.5 - 9 C. Majority of products had been delivered several days prior to inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All items opened and rendered unsaleable. Operator to return for credit. Ensure potentially hazardous foods are kept at or below 4 C (thermometer in unit was reading accurately at time of inspection).

Observation: Significant mould growth observed on walls of walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all affected areas by Monday next week (13th June 2016).

Observation: Countertop sandwich cooler (by coffee station) was not maintaining an average temperature of 4 C or colder.
Corrective Action(s): Have unit adjusted to this temperature by tomorrow. Do not place perishable food back into this cooler until it has been reinspected by a health officer - contact for reinspection.
