-Deli and meat department -two separate areas side by side
-Hand wash sink stocked with soap and paper towel ( hot and cold water)
-Temp of coolers and freezers are satisfactory (< 4 oC ,and < -18 oC respectively)
-Sanitizer in spray bottle >100 ppm

* Store all wiping rags in a bucket of sanitizer
* Discussed cleaning of meal slicer/grinder- if in continues use clean and sanitize every 4 hrs if not continues use then to be cleaned and sanitized after use.
