Observation: The inside of the ice machine requires cleaning. There's a build-up of debris along the lines.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the ice and thoroughly clean the inside of the ice machine.

Observation: 1) The 3-compartment sink is leaking at the base.
2) The sandwich display cooler temperature ranged between 7 and 9 degC. The thermostat on the unit indicated it was at 2 degC.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Seal the leak.
2) All the PHF's were moved into another cooler. Get the display cooler fixed. Do not store PHF's like paninis and quesadillas in it until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. Ensure that the thermostat on the unit is working properly.

Freezers are below -18 degC
Hand sink and washroom sink are fully equipped
Temperature log's being maintained.
200ppm quats is available in the 3rd compartment of the 3-compartment sink for dishwashing purposes; sanitizer bucket is being stored on the table by the back entryway and the solution was at 200ppm.
Dipper well was turned on
Staff on duty had FS Level 1 certification
