Routine inspection performed.

Sanitizing and Hygiene
-3-compartment sink: 200ppm QUATS solution at time of inspection.
-Sanitizer buckets had 200 ppm QUATS solution at the front and food preparation areas.
-Handwashing sinks equipped with liquid soap and disposable paper towels.
-Ice machine was in good sanitary condition - no signs of mould or mildew were noted. Scoop was stored outside.

Temperatures
-Walk-in cooler was at 0 deg C
-Walk-in freezer was at -20 C
-Preparation cooler under counter was at 3C
-Time tracking is being used to track potentially hazardous foods in preperation area.

Storage
-All packages were closed and stored at least 6" off the ground.
-No signs of pests were noted at the time of inspection.
-Back door was closed, employee area is separated from kitchen.
