Inspection report: 257701

Hand delivered the permit to operate - that must be posted in a conspicuous location

The following violations are corrected at the time, before opening today:

302- the low temp dishwasher - must be supplied with bleach at all times at minimum of 50ppm - replaced the chlorine/ bleach bottle at the time of inspection
Test strips must be in use to monitor the daily chlorine concentration.
All wiping clothes must be stored in approved sanitizer during storage/ in the kitchen area
Quat used at the front / for the customer's table - the test strips are missing ( measured at 50ppm - it must be at 200ppm minimum and changed every day ) - follow up on June 16th.

209 - all raw meat/ including eggs must be stored on the bottom shelf in the walk in cooler and to avoid cross contamination - corrected at the time of inspection

212 - Food Safety plan ( section 23 ) - daily temperature logs are missing and no chemical logs for the low temp dishwasher - follow up on Friday, June 16th.

314 - Sanitation plan ( section 24 ) - cleaning schedule not in use ( weekly/ daily ) - follow up inspection on Friday, June 16th.
