- General sanitation is good
- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Sliding door cooler at < or = 4C
- Walk-in freezer at < or = -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 71.1C at the plate level.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- Dough mixer is well-maintained
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle was measured > 200 ppm. Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared at 100 ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces when kitchen is in use. 100 ppm bleach sanitizer can be prepared by mixing 1/2 teaspoon bleach with 1L clean water.
