Routine inspection of the satellite kitchen - Food storage and dishwashing only (no food prep in this kitchen). Cooler has air temperature of 4C/40F. Indicating thermometer inside of cooler appears to be accurate. Temperature records are kept daily for cooler. Hot /cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels provided for hand washing. Sanitizer is automatically dispensed. Reviewed sanitizer bottle label and records for sanitizer (used for tables, counters etc.) Using record sheet showing required concentration. Test strips provided by chemical supplier. Dishwasher not in use during inspection (not checked today). Dishwasher records kept daily (hot water sanitizer >180F for final rinse water temperature). Serveries not part of today's inspection. No obvious signs of pests. Monitoring and pest control contract in place. Loading area door is closed. Copy of this report to be emailed to Hospitality Manager.
