A routine inspection was completed of the
Multi-purpose kitchen:
- Fridge was 3C and thermometer present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust fans and filters are absent of grease build up.
- No signs of pests.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or in cupboards.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- Sanitizer is brought into the kitchen when there is a class, as it is unsafe to leave the chemical in the kitchen unsupervised. There are no lockable cupboards to store it in.
- All in order.

- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- Sanitizer is spray bottle present. Hydrogen peroxide based sanitizer. Ensure a fresh solution is placed in the spray bottle every 2-3 days.
- All in order.

NOTES
- Ensure the surfaces below and around the pull-out garbage drawers is cleaned routinely, to remove food crumbs and debris that missed the garbage cans.
- Residential dishwasher present. Manual, chemical sanitizing of all dishware must be done after dishes have gone through the dishwasher as the machine doesn't achieve health standards of sanitizing.
