Observation: premises is not kept in sanitary condition, food grime on walls, floors, counters, around door jams & handles, hard to reach areas such where the floor meets walls, corners, behind food storage containers, large equipment ei. mixer, walls & floor of walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner, ensure above mentioned areas get cleaned
