Kitchen not in use at the time of the inspection. - General sanitation good. - Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. - Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200ppm QUAT concentration. - Dry storage area has adequate space. - No signs of pest activity. A third party pest control company inspects on a monthly basis.
