Reinspection based on previous inspection report. Re: Fly control - Certified pest control company providing on site servicing. Policies and procedures are being implemented to curb the fly control issue. Improvements appear to be noted. Ensure all spills/drips/syrup dispensers are being cleaned on a regular basis. Garbage/wiping cloth disposal is to be conducted opn a routine basis. Front display case is to be properly sealed/repaired.
