Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature Dishwasher found at 0ppm concentration. Sanitizer was finished during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was replaced with new sanitizer during time of inspection.
Sanitizer reached 50ppm concentration for sanitize cycle.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: Foods were found in the kitchen to be missing covers. All Foods to be stored so they are protected from contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food items are stored in proper containers with lids in dry storage areas (ie. lentils, spices, etc), sweets being made in kitchen area and food items in coolers/freezers.
Hot holding foods must also be covered at all times.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: The following areas require thorough cleaning:
1. Walkin cooler
2. Walkin freezer
3. Behind the cooking area
4. Behind the freezers and under large equipment.
5. Dough mixer

Deep cleaning must be done on more routine basis.
Corrective Action(s): All areas are to be cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Observation: Cleaning schedule is not in place and needs to be implemented for routine deep cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Make a schedule for cleaning that can be posted on the wall for all employees to follow.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are at 4c or below.
Hot holding at 60c.
Chickpea curry found at 63c.
All freezers at -18c or below.
note: Front ice cream cooler is not in operation at this time.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration.
Food preparation is being done on proper work areas and easy to clean surfaces.
Kitchen organization and cleaning has improved from last inspection.
Note: see above noted violation(s) for thorough cleaning requirements.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear.
Employees onsite have valid foodsafe certification.
Pest control is in place.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
