This inspection done by EHO student. Comments: -ice machine is in a sanitary condition ->15 cm elevation provided for the dry storage shelf. -General sanitation under the hard to reach areas improved. -Dry good in the condiment station are covered during non-busy hours. Recommended the operator to purchase a container with a self closing lid. -Health Operating Permit Replacement form was provided. Please send a completed form to Fraser Health with a cheque or a money order.
