Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat found stored ontop of ready to eat packaged bread products in chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Reviewed best storage practices with operator.
Raw meat was removed from chest freezer and put into separate cooler.

Sanitizer spray bottle (bleach and water) around 200ppm.
Temperature logs recorded daily on all fridges and freezers.
No signs of pests during time of inspection.
Dry storage area, food is kept off the floor (downstairs area)
