Corrective Action(s): Reviewed best storage practices with operator. Raw meat was removed from chest freezer and put into separate cooler. Violation Score: 3

Comments

High Temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the plate. Sanitizer spray bottle (bleach and water) around 200ppm. Temperature logs recorded daily on all fridges and freezers. No signs of pests during time of inspection. Dry storage area, food is kept off the floor (downstairs area) General sanitation, satisfactory Temperatures: Upstairs: stacked Fridge (4C) / Freezer (-18C) units (2x) Downstairs: Chest freezer (2x) at -18C Standing coolers (2x) one at 4C / whole vegetables at 6C Standing freezer at -18C for meat only Note: For operator to send picture of FOODSAFE Level 1 to health inspector.
