Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station by cooking area was missing liquid soap during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Employees onsite replaced liquid soap immediately and refilled dispenser on the wall.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees observed to not wash their hands between tasks during time of inspection.

Observation: Food items throughout the kitchen were found on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize all equipment, dry storage items (bags of flour etc.), shelves and walk-in cooler and freezer to eliminate the risk for cross- contamination of food.

Observation: Back door was open during this inspection. This can lead to the entrance/harbouring of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Keep back door closed or install a screen door which will prevent the entrance/harbouring of pests.

Observation: Cleaning is required thoroughout the kitchen. Ensure to keep on top of all cleaning and sanitizing of all work stations.
Corrective Action(s): Declutter, reorganize and remove all equipment/items that are needed for operation. For example, empty milk cartons, boxes and non-food items.

Observation: Cleaning schedule has been implemented, however, there is no written schedule for all cleaning tasks for daily and weekly cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Provide a written cleaning schedule copy to Environmental Health Officer. A copy of the cleaning schedule should also be posted in the kitchen for employees to follow.

Insert cooler at 3c.
Standup cooler with sliding door at 4c.
Front display coolers (for sweets) at 4c.
Walkin freezer at -18c.
Ice cream freezer in front customer area at -23c.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration in buckets.
Dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration for rinse cycle.
Employees observed to have proper protective wear.
