-All hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel - Walk in cooler and stand up cooler for pop storage are </=4C -Thermometers are available. - Walk in freezer is </=-18C - Spray bottle sanitizer and sanitize sink tested at 200ppm Quats - Hot holding units are all >/=60C -General sanitation is satisfactory -Log sheet is on site and up todate -Foods are covered properly in all coolers staff reported mice issues , no sign noted at time of visit. Continue monitoring and addressing it. ** Noted dishware in all three sinks, discussed organizing the area have dirty zone vs clean zone and follow the 4 steps 1. wash 2-rinse 3. Sanitize 4. air dry ** Discussed a better hair control for the staff in front . Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols.
