A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -16C or colder; thermometers present; and temps recorded. - Hand sink in washroom was stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had strength between 200-400ppm. - General sanitation level is great. - No signs of pests. Monthly monitoring being done by professional pest company. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves. - All in order.
