* Several dented cans were observed found stored in the dry storage room downstairs. You must sort through all cans and dry goods packages
at the time of delivery and discard any dented, bulged, rusted or leaky cans. Similarly, discard any open or torn packages of dry food items.

Walk-in cooler: 2.5 degrees C.
Drawer coolers below 4 C.
Under-counter refrigerator < 4 C.
Walk-in freezer below -18 C.
Sanitizer concentration at the dispenser and in spray bottles tested 200 ppm.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 77.9 C.
General sanitation is very good.
Temperature logs are up to date.
