Routine inspection:

Walk in cooler at 3-4 degrees C.
Back freezer at -15 degrees C.
Front under the counter freezer at -12 degrees C. Monitor and ensure freezers are at or below -18 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Rice hot held above 60 degrees C.
Both donair spits turning. Observed secondary cook step being undertaken on stove then hot held above 60 degrees C in warming unit.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles (no longer ready to use products). Reminder to follow manufacturers directions on dilution requirements.
200ppm quats available for sanitizing dishes/utensils in the 2 compartment sink.
Front and back hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Reminder that the use of single use gloves does not mean regular hand washing with warm water, liquid soap then drying with single use paper towels is not required.
High temperature dishwasher registers 72 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Beverage cooler at 4 degrees C.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
