- Staff washroom is maintained in sanitary conditions, hand inks are supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
- All coolers at 4C or below
- All freezers at -18C or below
- All hot holding at 60C or above
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Food stored in cooler separates raw meats on lower shelf and RTE on upper shelves
- Stickers labelling available on containers showing use by date
- Ice machine in sanitary conditions
- Dipper well for ice cream scoops operational
- Wiping cloths in quat sanitizer buckets at 200ppm
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 74.9C at plate level after final rinse cycle
