Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CRATZE:

- All cold potentially hazardous food items stored inside the cooler at < or = 4C.
- Thawing of frozen seafood being done inside the cooler at < or = 4C.
- Cooked tapioca pearls time stamped.
- All handwashing sinks free of any cooking equipment or frozen foods being thawed.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Appropriate test strips available. Ensure to continue monitoring the dishwasher daily (ie prior to opening in the mornings).
- Working thermometers available inside the upright cooler at the bar.
- Operating Permit replacement has been ordered, as per Staff. Ensure to post the Operating Permit with a valid decal once arrived in the mail.
