Corrective Action(s): Cover all foods in storage to protect them from contamination. Staff observed to be covering foods after direction.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Single use paper cup used for scooping sugar
2) Plastic insert that is damaged from heat used to store spices
Corrective Action(s): 1) Use proper food handling scoops instead of paper cups that do not allow hand contact with the foods
2) Keep equipment in good working order. Plastic insert was replaced during inspection.

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher (located in the kitchen) achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Both glasswashers dispensed chlorine bleach sanitizer at > 50ppm concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
- Bleach sanitizer buckets 100ppm

- Walk in freezer: - 18C
- Hot holding unit was not in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure that it reaches temperature > or = 60C
