dishwasher temperature rinse gauges had 2 different readings. One indicated 164F (attached to dishwasher) the other showed 171F (ecolab digital display unit). Asked manager to clarify why the difference but he did not know. We checked the actual temperature of the rinse water and recorded a reading of 71C. This temperature is sufficient to sanitize dishes properly but gauge temperature numbers need to coincide with each other. Asked that manager call hobart, dishwasher brand, and see why the difference in temperatures. Follow up inspection to be conducted to have this clarified. no other concerns at time of inspection. all coolers and freezers are working properly food is properly stored hot holding of food above 60C floor is clean.
