Routine inspection: Hand wash stations leading to processing/packaging area and warewhouse provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels. Footwear sanitizer stations available for use when entering processing/packaging area. Employees provided with clean smocks and hair/beard nets. Chemical storage in secure room. 2 compartment sink available for cleaning small parts and equipment. pH of final product less than 4.6. In house testing done for pH are various points of processing. Microbiological testing done on final product. Lot codes, batch codes, best before dates, etc. in place. No issues with sanitation. Warehouse clean and organized. Pest control services in place. Exterior storage of sugar in secure silo. Batch and surge tanks for syrup cleaned and sanitized with an acid/alkaline sanitizer. Clean in place for large equipment. Mesh filter used to catch any physical matter. City water undergoes reverse osmosis. Filtered de-ionized air used to clean preclean bottles prior to filling.
