- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- There is a dry storage unit downstairs. Could not access the dry storage. This will be inspected during the follow up inspection. Ensure that access is made available.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Could not verify FOODSAFE training. This will be verified during the next follow up inspection.
